A power point presentation and informational hand-outs will provide an overview of the SENCA SMART (Strategic Money and Resource Techniques) program that was developed and implemented in 2011 for 8th and 12th grade students. The presentation will include information on the two primary components of the program: an interactive Poverty Simulation and classroom curriculum utilizing Wells Fargo Hands on Banking that focuses on budgeting, money management, understanding credit, and how education = earning power.
